Epworth provides a dynamic and supportive environment where registered and enrolled graduate nurses and midwives can transition to high levels of independence and strive for excellence in their clinical practice.
Epworth offers a range of different programs including:
General Graduate Nurse Program: This is offered across all Epworth acute and rehabilitation sites with many clinical specialities available to choose from. Please refer:
Registered Midwife Graduate Program: This program is only available at Epworth Freemasons and offers rotations in various areas such as birthing suite, ante natal and post-natal wards.
Peri Operative Graduate Program: This program is available at Richmond Acute and Geelong. This is a full time 12 month program designed for those with a desire to pursue this challenging but rewarding stream of nursing.
Mental Health Graduate Nurse Program: This program facilitates your transition into mental health nursing by providing comprehensive specialist education and 12 months of acute clinical experience at Epworth Clinic.
Our highly successful graduate programs are supported by senior specialist clinicians, dedicated graduate nurse program coordinators at each site, and clinical educators from across the group.
